IPL: SRH remove Warner from captaincy, Williamson takes charge

Sunrisers Hyderabad on Saturday removed under-performing David Warner from captaincy and handed over the reins of the team to New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson for the remainder of the IPL 2021 season. Under Warner, SRH lost 5 of their six games as the Australian hasn't been in the best of form in the ongoing edition. The team management also indicated that Warner could be dropped from their XI in their next game.

India to open 2021-22 Pro League campaign against NZ on Feb 5

The Indian men's hockey team will open its campaign in the third edition of FIH Pro League against New Zealand on February 5 next year as the world governing body released the schedule of the prestigious tournament.
