BCCI wants to cut IPL's 20% foreigner release fee

BCCI secretary Jay Shah is of the view that the decision taken by the board in 2017 to pay 20% of an overseas IPL player's fee to the player's respective cricket board to ensure his availability throughout the season needs to be revoked.
