Expert Advice: Five things athletes should do during coronavirus lockdown

Dr Swaroop Savanur, Mental Conditioning and Peak Performance Coach to some of India's top athletes touched upon five aspects that athletes should be mindful of while they remain under the 21-day lockdown. He advised athletes to spend time with family, reset goals to keep yourself motivated, study the competition, control your diet and make a clear routine.
