Former PCB Chairman Najam Sethi has revealed that Umar Akmal suffers from epilepsy and during his term the latter refused to take treatment. Epilepsy is a neurological disorder in which brain activity becomes abnormal, causing seizures or periods of unusual behaviour, sensations, and sometimes loss of awareness.
