Changing the ball in dewy conditions would be fair: KL Rahul

Punjab Kings' skipper KL Rahul wants a provision for the ball to be changed at the ongoing Indian Premier League as it becomes difficult for the bowlers to grip it because of dew during the second half of the match. Punjab lost to Delhi by six wickets on Sunday.
