French cyclist Alaphilippe in good spirits, still at hospital after crash

French road cyclist Julian Alaphilippe is still in hospital but in good spirits after a freak crash left the world champion with a collapsed lung and broken bones at the Liege-Bastogne-Liege classic, his coach and cousin said on Tuesday.
