'Penalised them': Sunny calls for action against players' IPL exit

Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar has urged the BCCI and IPL franchises to take decisive action following the England and Wales Cricket Board's directive for players to return home for national duty before the T20 World Cup. He also called for repercussions against players and their respective boards for withdrawing mid-season from the IPL.
